Parents of Troop 377 Scouts -

As we have transitioned to our new website we are striving to centralize where we store all the information Scouts need to communicate with the Troop and make sure parents are aware of what is going on.

When we gathered information for recharter we didn't have our new platform in place and want to collect some of that information again. This will include names, addresses, phone numbers and emails for Scouts and Parents. We'd like to get information on all the family adults that help our Scouts succeed. This information will be used to ensure that our email distribution lists are complete and accurate, phones numbers are available to allow Scouts to reach out to Merit Badge Counselors and for communicating outside of the traditional email methods (like texting).

When emails are collected all Scouts and Parents will be added to the "discuss" and "announce" distribution lists. All Parents will be added to the "committee" distribution list. We want to make sure everyone has the information they need to participate at the levels they desire.

The Troop committee is always looking for Parents to participate - and we need this to be successful. The committee is designed to operate outside of the leadership of Adult leaders that are Scoutmasters or Assistant Scoutmasters.

Once we have this initial set of data it should be easier to maintain yearly through the recharter process. Thanks for your support in making Troop 377 successful!
